When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, property address or city, and the service selection you enter, together with a note of which page the form was submitted from.

We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare an assessment or quote, and carry out work you engage us for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third party marketers.

How form submissions are processed

Form submissions on this site are transmitted to Formspree, a third party form processing service, which forwards them to our email inbox. Your submission therefore passes through and is stored on Formspree's systems in addition to our own email. Formspree operates under its own privacy policy and terms.

If you would prefer not to use the form, call us on (707) 309-2388 instead and nothing is submitted through this website.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information including your approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and interactions such as clicking a phone number link or submitting a form. We use this in aggregate to improve the site.

We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels or third party trackers beyond Google Analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics entirely. Blocking either will not stop the site working.

Calls to the number shown on this site are answered by us. If we record calls for training or quality purposes we will tell you at the start of the call.

How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not lead to work are retained only as long as needed to follow up, and then deleted. Records relating to work we carried out are retained for the period required for warranty, insurance and tax purposes.

Your rights

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we hold about them, the right to request deletion of it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.
